Managing Partner

Nick Magone lends a global view to every engagement based on his 25+ years of audit and business advisory experience. A former "Big Four" professional, he founded and grew a local NJ CPA firm to 20+ employees and served as a partner in a top 25 NY-based regional firm prior to launching Magone & Company.

We use that information as a building block to help business owners and individuals achieve their growth goals.”

From technology start-ups to privately held companies and non-profits, Magone enjoys working with growth-oriented organizations that are passionate about what they do — and value the perspective of an equally passionate financial expert who can help accelerate their growth.

Over the course of his career, Magone has testified in U.S. Bankruptcy Court and served as an expert witness for damage claims and fraud. He is a frequent presenter to professional organizations in the U.S. and abroad, and a speaker for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
